I am a hardworking energetic and creative Head Chef with 12 years of experience . I graduated from the college of culinary arts and hospitality management with a City and Guilds certification accredited to the UK.

I have worked in both Kumasi and Accra restaurants and hotels. I am good at  French dishes Italian, continental , mediterranean Chinese ,Lebanese ,Nigeria Ghana ,and Togo dishes. From   Starters to dessert. Cooking steaming boiling grilling roasting baking frying 

I speak French English and basics deutsch and mandarin (Chinese)
