Cook available for batch cooking 1-2 days a week

Freda has cooked for our Canadian family once a week for the three years we have been in Ghana (2020-2023).  She usually cooks three dishes for our family to enjoy over the week and a desert.  She has prepared a wide variety of Western, local and foreign dishes for us and adjusts spicing and ingredients to our tastes. She also makes great bagels, muffins, cakes and other sweets.  She is always happy to try new recipes and to substitute ingredients based on what is available.

Having Freda cook for me has been a delight and I highly recommend her.
